Leg of lamb
2 kg leg of lamb
1 bottle Greek salad dressing
3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 full garlic
Potatoes
Marinade the leg of lamb overnight in Greek salad dressing in a casserole with a lid.
Heat oven: 175°c
Add potatoes and whole garlic to the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and bake for +/- 2 hours.
You can squeeze the soft center of the garlic out and use it to make a gravy or a paste and serve with the meat.
