2. Students find your property
Students browse accommodation and submit enquiries or applications online.

3. You receive the application
Applications can include supporting information such as identification, proof of registration, income/sponsorship and guarantor details where applicable.

4. You decide
You review the applicant and decide whether to accept or decline.

5. Successful placement
Once the student is accepted and the lease is completed, the placement fee becomes payable.

No placement. No fee.

You are not charged for views, website traffic or general enquiries — only for a successful student placement resulting in a completed lease.

We list your property and manage the placement for you. You take over once the contract is signed.
