Pinch salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup melted margarine/butter
2 large eggs lightly beaten
Mix all together. Fry spoons full of batter in a nonstick pan without any oil/butter. Dry frying gives them an all-over golden color. Wait for bubbles to appear and then flip over. Serve hot with cheese and jams/honey/syrup
