Our home is situated in the top corner of Rugby adjacent to Tygerhof. We are located 50m from a corner shop, 60m from bus and taxi stops, 200m from a MyCiti station, 700m from the beach, 8km from the CBD, 9km from UCT and 3km from Century City.The flatlet is fully furnished, all you need is your own linen and towels. The furnishing is modern, neat, new and clean. The flatlet is fully tiled. It includes a full bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. A mini kitchenette (very small and basic with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frying pan.
