Two people can share the room, bringing down the monthly rate to ONLY R3,500 per person if you decide to share with someone else you know! The property is located conveniently on the Green Point strip and is only a short 10 minute walk from the V&A Waterfront. Other nearby attractions include: Sea Point Promenade - 2km, Cape Town City Centre - 2km, Kwik Spar - 50m, Giovanni's (famous coffee shop) - 50m, Rocomamas and Andiccio24 - next door Room itself is spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The room is fully furnished and includes: work desk,chair, wardrobe, bed linen and towelling, air conditioning and heating, key code safes, USB plug points, television with DSTV channels, Reading lights plus tea and coffee making facilities. Room will also be cleaned once a week by our live in housekeepers. Tenant will also be able to use the large living areas within the property which include a communal kitchen (fully equipped), large chill out lounge, workspace, library and large sun deck area.
